Its a sperm friendly lubricant, so thats the 1st step to pregnancy success where lubricants are concerned. I purchased this directly after an early loss in dec 2013. Bcuz...u know, u question yourself, blame yourself (you shouldnt, ever)...and we chose the healthiest route possible with lubes as I am still nursing a 12mth old and breastfeeding causes marked dryness. ***Disclaimer*** i have gotten pregnant ALL 3 times my husband and i have ever gone condom-FREE. So, it may not exactly be the lube. But after a loss, u want to try every humanly possible way of making the best outcome...n this wont hurt. Hope this helps!
