Birth control detox
So far so good, only a week in but i have noticed changes in my body that i assume are the 'detox' effect, wont know for sure untill my whole cycle is finished if they have helped regulate it, have noticed it gives me heartburn after taking though!

Happy with the outcome.
So I ordered these as I read it helps to flush out any after effects from the depo shot. I took them for a month and after 5 days I had sore boobs, on the 10th day I got my period back after 5 months of not having one at all. hopefully all these benefits will continue to help me regulate my cycles. Hopefully in the next few months we are hoping for baby news.
