Conceive Plus user review: I loved this lubricant - Conceive Plus® UK Conceive Plus user review: I loved this lubricant - Conceive Plus® UK

I rarely write reviews, but I promised myself I would come back and leave a review on this product if I was happy with it.. I loved this lubricant, I have used others and this one by far was the best. And to put icing on the cake my husband and I conceived the second month using it! (after 7 months of using another brand of fertility friendly lubricant) It was worth every penny!!

Is Conceive Plus safe to use when trying to conceive?

Yes, Conceive Plus is specifically formulated to be fertility-friendly and is FDA-approved for use when trying to conceive. Unlike regular lubricants which can harm sperm motility, Conceive Plus is pH-balanced to support sperm on their journey to the egg. It's recommended by fertility specialists worldwide and used by couples in over 70 countries.

Can regular lubricants affect my chances of getting pregnant?

Yes, many standard lubricants can negatively impact sperm motility and survival, potentially reducing your chances of conception. The NHS advises that couples trying to conceive should be mindful of the products they use during intercourse. Switching to a fertility-friendly lubricant like Conceive Plus can help maintain sperm health whilst providing the comfort you need.

How long should I try to conceive before seeing my GP?

According to NICE guidelines, if you're under 35 and have been trying to conceive for 12 months without success, you should speak to your GP. If you're over 35, it's recommended to seek advice after 6 months of trying. Remember, around 1 in 7 UK couples experience fertility issues, so you're certainly not alone in seeking support.

Do I need a prescription to buy fertility lubricant in the UK?

No, you don't need a prescription to purchase Conceive Plus fertility lubricant in the UK. It's available to buy online and from many high street pharmacies and retailers. This makes it an accessible first step for couples who are just starting their trying to conceive journey.

Will using Conceive Plus guarantee I get pregnant?

Whilst Conceive Plus is clinically shown to maintain sperm motility and is trusted by millions of couples worldwide, no product can guarantee pregnancy. However, many users report positive experiences, and using a fertility-friendly lubricant removes one potential barrier to conception. It's best used alongside other healthy lifestyle choices recommended by the NHS for those trying to conceive.

What else can I do to boost my fertility naturally whilst TTC?

The NHS recommends maintaining a healthy weight, taking folic acid supplements, reducing alcohol intake, and stopping smoking when trying to conceive. Tracking your cycle to identify your fertile window can also be helpful. Using a fertility-friendly lubricant like Conceive Plus alongside these lifestyle changes gives sperm the best possible chance of reaching the egg.

Is Conceive Plus recommended by UK fertility clinics?

Conceive Plus is recommended by doctors, pharmacists, and fertility clinics in more than 60 countries, including the UK. Whilst the NHS doesn't endorse specific brands, fertility specialists recognise the importance of using lubricants that don't compromise sperm quality. If you're undergoing fertility treatment, it's always worth discussing product choices with your clinic.
